Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 28, 2017, TSR, Inc. (the “Company”) and Christopher Hughes, Senior Vice President of the Company and President of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, TSR Consulting Services, Inc., entered into an amendment to Mr. Hughes’ Employment Agreement with the Company, dated as of March 1, 2012, the term of which was scheduled to expire on February 28, 2017. The amendment extends the term of Mr. Hughes’ Employment Agreement to March 31, 2017. A copy of the amendment is attached asExhibit 10.1.
