Delivery System for a Vascular Prosthesis
30 Nov 23
The present invention relates to a system for delivery of an endoluminal prosthesis, the system comprising a delivery catheter and a prosthesis to be delivered, wherein the system comprises a wire extending through at least a portion of a main lumen of the prosthesis in a preloaded configuration, the wire extending in distal direction to a position in proximity to the distal opening of the prosthesis and the wire extending in proximal direction of the proximal opening of the prosthesis along the catheter shaft up to the handle, wherein the handle comprises at least one spool to receive the proximal end of the preloaded wire with a proximal portion of the preloaded wire being coiled onto the spool.

Intraluminal Vessel Prosthesis System
8 Jul 20
The present invention relates to an intraluminal vessel prosthesis system for implantation in the region of the aortic arch of a patient, comprising a hollow cylindrical main vessel prosthesis, wherein the hollow cylindrical main vessel prosthesis is configured and dimensioned for implantation in the region of the artic arch and the descending aorta (Aorta descendens) of the patient and wherein the main vessel prosthesis, at least over part of the length L2 of the anchoring vessel prosthesis, and wherein the diameter D2 of the anchoring vessel prosthesis is at least 45% smaller than the diameter D1 of the main vessel prosthesis and wherein the length L2 of the anchoring vessel prosthesis is shorter than the length L2 of the main vessel prosthesis.

Utility
Intraluminal Vascular Prosthesis
6 May 20
The present invention relates to an intraluminal vascular prosthesis for implantation into a blood vessel, with a stent framework and a prosthesis material secured onto the stent framework, wherein the vascular prosthesis has a hollow-cylindrical body with a lumen passing there through and a circumferentially closed jacket, wherein at least one substantially U-shaped or V-shaped fenestration-cut in the prosthesis material of the vascular prosthesis is provided, which is dimensioned and formed, such, that via the fenestration-cut a flap-like access to the lumen of the vascular prosthesis for at least one side branch branching off from the hollow-cylindrical body can be formed.
