Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment Principal Officers.
On or about February 14, 2008, FirstPlus Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from Robert O’Neal notifying the Company of his resignation, as of February 14, 2008, as a member of the Board of Directors and President of the Company. A copy of Mr. O’Neal’s resignation letter to the Company has become unavailable. In his letter, Mr. O’Neal did not express any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
