On June 27, 2003, the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (the “Authority”) issued a press release relating to an amendment to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2002 and the modification of certain of the terms of its cash tender offer and consent solicitation for its $300,000,000 8 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2009 previously announced on June 19, 2003. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
