On April 21, 2005 TLC Vision Corporation issued a press release announcing it will release its 1st quarter 2005 financial results on Thursday, May 5, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. This Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Seciton 18 of the Securties Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabiltiies of that seciton.
