On July 26, 2005 TLC Vision Corporation issued a press release announcing it will release its 2005 2nd quarter financial results on August 9, 2005 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. This Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto, shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
