Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
(a) On September 21, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Company voted to amend Section 4.1 of its Bylaws to permit all signatures on a stock certificate to appear in facsimile form. The amendment became effective immediately.
