(b) On March 15, 2007, Gerald Segel announced his retirement from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Segel had previously indicated his reasons for retiring from the Board of Directors at this time are related to personal and family needs, and not due to any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Segel, age 86, has been a member of the Company’s Board for more than ten years, serving the Board in a number of roles including past service on the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees. Paul Tobin, the Company’s acting Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Jerry Segel has been a valuable member of the Board for many years. We appreciate his distinguished service as a member of the Board and wish him and his family well.”
