Item 3.01. Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On April 10, 2007, Boston Communications Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received an additional Nasdaq Staff Determination letter. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
