On March 8, 2005, Registrant issued a press release setting forth Registrant’s financial and operating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2004. On March 9, 2005, the Registrant will hold a conference call, which is open to the public, to discuss these results. On March 8, 2005, Registrant also issued a press release correcting a headline run by Dow Jones News wire on March 8, 2005 indicating TeleTech would report breakeven results for the first quarter 2005.
