According to Article 28 of the Peruvian Capital Markets Law and regarding the Rules related to Key Events, Private Information and other Communications approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 107-2002-EF/94.10, we inform you that the shareholders meeting of Telefónica Servicios Digitales S.A.C., a member company of Group Telefónica, agreed to the raise the share capital from the amount of S/.2,593,210.00 (two million, five hundred ninety-three thousand, two hundred ten and 00/100 Nuevos Soles) to S/.4,670,109.00 (four million, six hundred seventy thousand, one hundred nine and 00/100 Nuevos Soles), that is, in the amount of S/.2,076,899.00 (two million, seventy-six thousand, eight hundred ninety-nine, and 00/100 Nuevos Soles).
