Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosures.
On January 14, 2008, Hibbett Sports, Inc. issued a press release announcing expected sales results and revised earnings expectations for the thirteen-week period ending February 2, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
