Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 4, 2008, Hibbett Sports, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement for an unsecured revolving credit facility between the Company and its subsidiaries and Bank of America, N.A. in the amount of $50,000,000 with an interest rate at LIBOR plus 0.375% and an expiration date of December 31, 2008. The credit agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
