On October 23, 2013, Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter of 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 23, 2013, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.13 per share cash dividend, to be paid on November 22, 2013 to shareholders of record as of November 8, 2013.
