Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 24, 2013, Lithia Motors, Inc., an Oregon corporation, announced the acquisition of a Lincoln Volvo Store in California. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
