(the “Company”), will give a presentation regarding the Company’s business operations, power generation development strategy, and financial outlook during the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Annual Financial Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. A copy of the slide presentation and a related press release issued by the Company on November 6, 2006 are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
