Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 23, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved an increase to the Registrant’s stock repurchase program whereby the Registrant may repurchase up to a total of 250,000 shares of its outstanding common stock. A copy of the August 23, 2007 press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
