Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
At a meeting held on October 16, 2007, the Board of Directors of GS Financial Corp. (the “Company”) approved a quarterly cash dividend of $.10 per share. By press release dated October 17, 2007, the Company announced the declaration of the quarterly cash dividend, which is payable on November 14, 2007 to shareholders of record on October 29, 2007.
