
OFG Bancorp Adjourns Annual Meeting Due toCOVID-19 Concerns
SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, April 22, 2020 – OFG Bancorp (NYSE: OFG) today announced the adjournment of its annual meeting until 10:00 AM ET, Wednesday, May 20, 2020. The Company will continue to closely monitor the Puerto Rico government’s response to theCOVID-19 pandemic and may adjourn the meeting again to a later date ifstay-at-home restrictions are extended past the date of the meeting. OFG will keep its stockholders informed of all updates relating to the annual meeting as they become available.
