Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 30, 2005, we agreed to settle our lawsuit against Sumitomo
Bakelite Ltd. and related parties. We previously agreed to settle
litigation against Amkor Technology, Inc., a co-defendant with Sumitomo.
As a result of these settlements we recorded net settlement gains before
taxes of approximately $2.7 million in the third quarter of 2005 and expect
to record net settlement gains before taxes of approximately $18 million in
the fourth quarter of 2005.
