Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
As we announced on October 13, 2005, Matthew W. Towse has resigned his position as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 13, 2005. Mr. Towse will remain with the company in an advisory role until December 31, 2005. Robin A. Sawyer, vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer, and Stephen M. Cumming, vice president of business finance, will assume the duties of the CFO's office, with Ms. Sawyer serving as interim principal financial officer until a search for a new CFO is completed.
