Item 8.01Other Events.
On November 14, 2014, Revolutions Medical Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended on September 30, 2014, in which the Company stated that KBM Worldwide Inc. (“KBM”) is an affiliate of Asher Enterprises, Inc. (“Asher”). The Company hereby amends such statement and clarifies that KBM and Asher are neither related parties nor affiliation of each other.
