Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 3, 2015 Judge Leigh Martin May of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia issued an order in which she granted in part and denied in part the motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants Revolutions Medical Corporation and its Chief Executive Officer, Rondald Wheet, and denied the motion for partial summary judgment filed by Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission in the case styledSEC v. Revolutions Medical Corp, et al. The Court has not scheduled the trial on the claims remaining in the case.
