Robert L. Becci has decided to retire as Vice President and Controller, having served in this capacity since our inception in 1987. Mr. Becci’s retirement is effective April 1, 2005, however he will provide consulting services to ensure a smooth transition of these responsibilities over the course of the next twelve months.
Eric R. Beem was promoted to Controller effective April 1, 2005. Mr. Beem was also appointed our principal accounting officer and is a certified public accountant with twelve years of experience. Most recently, Mr. Beem served as our Accounting Director and his prior experience includes three years with an international public accounting firm.
