Item 8.01 Other Events
Building Materials Holding Corporation announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, BMC Construction, Inc., acquired a 60% interest in Riggs Plumbing, LLC. Under the purchase agreement we have the right to purchase and the other owners have the right to require us to purchase the remaining interest during certain periods.
