RG&E 2003 Electric and Gas Rate Proceeding:
On January 20, 2004, RG&E, a utility subsidiary of Energy East Corporation, issued a news release concerning rebuttal testimony it filed in its ongoing electric and natural gas rate proceedings. The news release is attached as Exhibit 99-1 to this document.
