RG&E 2003 Electric and Gas Rate Proceeding: On May 21, 2004, Energy East issued a news release concerning written orders that RG&E received from the New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC). The orders approved both the five-year electric and natural gas rate agreements reached in March 2004 with Staff of the NYPSC and other parties, and the sale of the R. E. Ginna nuclear power plant.
The news release is attached as Exhibit 99-1 to this document.
