Heritage Commerce Corp Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.13 Per Share

San Jose, California — April 28, 2022 — Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce, today announced that its Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on May 26, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of the business day on May 12, 2022.
