Item 2.02.
Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 4, 2014, School Specialty, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the "Press Release") reporting its second quarter financial results and updating its full year guidance for fiscal 2015. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
Also on December 4, 2014, the Company issued a Fiscal 2015 Second Quarter and Six Month Results Update. A copy of the Fiscal 2015 Second Quarter and Six Months Results Update is attached as Exhibit 99.2, and is incorporated by reference herein.
