On May 15, 2007, Graham Packaging Holdings Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The press release did not include certain financial statements, related footnotes and certain other financial information that were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 15, 2007.
