Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 3, 2007, Graham Packaging Holdings Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof. The press release did not include certain financial statements, related footnotes and certain other financial information that were previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 3, 2007 as part of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2007.
