On January 26, 2015, Robert W. Fishback, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Torvec, Inc., notified the Company that he will be resigning from his positions, effective as of February 13, 2015, to accept another opportunity. A copy of Mr. Fishback’s resignation letter is attached to this Form 8-K as an exhibit.
