On February 2, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has appointed Matthew J. Kenyon to head up the development of Torvec’s new WAM Watch™ technology. Mr. Kenyon’s expertise is in Electrical and Computer Engineering with concentration in Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition.
A copy of this press release has been filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
