Item 8.01 Other Events.
Dover Saddlery Retail, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of registrant, announced today a delay in the proposed acquisition of Dominion Saddlery of Chantilly, Virginia. The proposed transaction is now expected to close by the end of the month.
