Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Dover Saddlery, Inc. has announced that Ms. Cissie Meehan has resigned her position as the Company's Vice President of Merchandising, effective as of October 16, 2006, citing the burden of commuting from her home in Virginia in light of current travel difficulties. The Company reports that Ms. Meehan will continue to consult over the next year on new retail store merchandising strategies. The Company has begun a search for a successor to Ms. Meehan.
