Employment Agreement with James J. Cramer
On December 7, 2007 TheStreet.com, Inc. (the “Company) and its co-founder, director and columnist, James J. Cramer, entered into a letter agreement amending the Employment Agreement, dated August 1, 2005 between the parties (the “Employment Agreement”) in order to extend the term of the Employment Agreement through February 15, 2008. All other terms of the Employment Agreement remain unchanged.
A copy of the letter agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company’s Current Report of a material definitive agreement on Form 8-K filed on December 13, 2007 which is incorporated herein by reference.
