Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH JAMES J. CRAMER On February 14, 2008 TheStreet.com, Inc. (the "Company") and its co-founder, director and columnist, James J. Cramer, entered into a letter agreement amending the Employment Agreement, dated August 1, 2005 between the parties (the "Employment Agreement") in order to exte nd the term of the Employment Agreement through April 15, 2008. All other terms of the Employment Agreement remain unchanged. A copy of the letter agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference. |
