Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
| (a) | On August 18, 2011, the Board of Directors of Alaska Pacific Bancshares, Inc. (“Company”) amended Article XI of the Company’s Bylaws, to make the Bylaws consistent with Article XVI of the Articles of Incorporation, as to the shareholder vote required to amend the Bylaws. A copy of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.2. |
