Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Alaska Pacific Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) and Alaska Pacific Bank (“Bank”) announced that John E. Robertson, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank resigned effective November 11, 2011 to relocate and to pursue other interests. The Company and the Bank are engaged in a search for his replacement. Mr. Robertson’s resignation was not the results of any disagreement with the Company or the Bank.
