Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 24, 2006, Multi-Media Productions (USA), Inc. issued a press release to announce the appearance of the Registrant on World Business Review hosted by General Alexander Haig. Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 24, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a two year supply agreement for its proprietary EcaFlo™ devices with Layne Christensen Company, one of the worlds leading water services providers. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
On January 26, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the sale of its first EcaFlo™ Model 080 to Layne Christensen Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
