On January 31, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the sale of its first EcaFlo™ Model 240 to Consolidated Oil Well Services, Inc., a wholly-owned oilfield services subsidiary of Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
