Item 5.03 - - Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation
To remain in compliance with various funding agreements the Board of Directors by majority vote amended the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized $0.001 Common shares from 500,000,000 to 750,000,000.
The Company filed the Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada. The change was recorded and effective on December 18, 2008.
