Item 5.02 Departure of Director or Principal Officer; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

John Wilkinson, CPA, was appointed Chief Financial Officer on April 13, 2009.

Mr. Wilkinson has previously served as CFO of the Company from before its inception as Computer Automation Systems Inc. in 1998 until 2006.

Mr. Wilkinson holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Memphis. He has over 22 years experience as a CPA.
