Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 4, 2007, Workstream Inc. issued a press release regarding its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 as of and for the three- and six-month periods ended November 30, 2006. The full text of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Item 8.01 Other Events
The Company also announced on January 4, 2007 that the Board of Directors had approved an agreement in principle with its lender to amend the senior credit facility. This event was disclosed in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1, as outlined below.
