On November 11, 2013, William Lyon Homes (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2013. Also on November 11, 2013, the Company held a previously announced conference call regarding its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release, the transcript of the conference call, and the slide show that accompanied the presentation during the conference call, are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively, and each is incorporated herein by reference.
