The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian Stock exchanges.
This is further to our letter dated March 13, 2020, we wish to inform you that Yes Bank Limited has credited 1,000,000,000 equity shares at a price of ₹ 10.0 per share (face value₹2.0 per share at a share premium of₹ 8.0 per share) on March 18, 2020 into the client account of ICICI Bank Limited aggregating to 7.97% of the post issue Share Capital of Yes Bank Limited, under the Scheme of Reconstruction of Yes Bank Limited under the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, notified by the Government of India. This follows the allotment on March 14, 2020.
