The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:
ICICI Bank has announced a reduction in its savings bank account interest rate with effect from April 9, 2020. The revised interest rates are provided below:
| Savings bank balance | Current interest rate | Revised interest rate |
| Below₹ 50 lakhs | 3.50% per annum | 3.25% per annum |
| ₹50 lakhs and above | 4.00% per annum | 3.75% per annum |
ICICI Bank also announced reduction in rates of term deposits of value <₹2.00 crores by upto 50 basis points across various tenures effective April 3, 2020.
