The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian Stock exchanges.
This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for Designated Persons including Directors will remain closed from April 1, 2020.
The date of Board Meeting for approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2020 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ending March 31, 2020 and the date of opening of Trading Window will be intimated in due course.
