On February 5, 2009, Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2008, fiscal year 2008 and certain other information. The press release refers to certain non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the press release.
