Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Support.com, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that Gregory J. Wrenn, its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, has given notice today of his resignation effective August 6, 2015. Mr. Wrenn, who joined Support.com in November 2009, is relocating with his family to Seattle, Washington, for personal family reasons. Mr. Wrenn will be returning to private practice as a partner with the law firm of Paradigm Counsel LLP, and has offered to remain available to assist the Company and his successor in a transition.
